Estimates

On-site estimates are free and given before work begins. Any figures published on this website are broad illustrative ranges for typical residential work, not quotes. The price you are given on site, for your door, is the price that applies.

Scheduling

We aim for same-day service and quote realistic arrival windows. Traffic, weather and emergency callouts can move a window; where that happens we tell you rather than leaving you waiting.

Workmanship and parts

Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Our labour is warranted against defects in workmanship; that warranty does not cover subsequent impact damage, misuse, storm damage, or failures in components we did not supply.

Safety

Garage door springs and cables store dangerous amounts of energy. Information on this site is provided for general guidance and is not an instruction to attempt repairs yourself. Spring and cable work should be carried out by a trained technician.
